Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bacon: Cook the bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat until they are crispy. Drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.
  2. Form and Season Patties: Divide the ground beef into four equal portions. Gently shape each into a patty and season both sides with salt and pepper for maximum flavor.
  3. Cook the Burgers: Grill or pan-fry the patties over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. Melt the Cheese: Place a slice of your chosen cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt perfectly.
  5. Assemble the Burger: Spread ranch dressing on the bottom bun, add lettuce and tomato slices, then place the cheesy patty on top. Layer crispy bacon over the patty and finish with the top bun.
