Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart as it cooks for even cooking and texture.
  2. Prepare Toppings: While the beef cooks, slice the tomatoes, chop the lettuce, dice the onions, and get the pickles ready. Grate the cheddar cheese or use pre-shredded for convenience.
  3. Warm the Tortillas: Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave just until soft and pliable to prevent cracking when rolling the wraps.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out a warm tortilla and layer a generous scoop of seasoned ground beef, a sprinkle of melted cheddar, lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, and onions. Finish with ketchup and mustard according to your taste.
