Instructions

  2. Lay out the tortillas: Place each flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Warm them lightly in the microwave or on a skillet for a few seconds so they become flexible and easier to roll.
  3. Spread the filling: Evenly distribute the prepared chicken enchilada dip over each tortilla, spreading a generous but manageable layer to ensure the roll holds together well.
  4. Roll and slice the roll-ups: Carefully roll each tortilla tightly from one edge to the other to form compact rolls. Slice each roll into 1 to 2-inch pinwheel sections for easy serving and snacking.
